  • Receive Return Instructions
    Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours (Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time) with the return address and further details.
  • Return Your Order
    Send back the empty container(s) along with the original order invoice and the return confirmation number.
    • Please note: Customers are responsible for return postage.
    • We recommend using tracking and delivery confirmation for your records.
    • Returns must be received within 180 days of your original purchase date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Processing Your Refund
